Our Renovation & Return

Following hurricane damage, Anna Maria Island Getaway temporarily closed to ensure our property could be restored the right way—not rushed.

During the renovation process, affected areas were taken down to the studs, allowing for a complete rebuild of interiors rather than surface-level repairs. This approach ensured that moisture, materials, and systems were fully addressed before rebuilding began.

All units have since been professionally renovated, with updated interiors, new finishes, and refreshed living spaces throughout. The goal was simple: to create a clean, comfortable, and worry-free stay for our guests.

We understand that guests want transparency—especially after a major storm. That’s why we’re happy to share how and why we rebuilt the way we did. Our focus has always been on quality, safety, and long-term comfort, not quick fixes.

We’re proud of the work completed and excited to welcome guests back beginning in 2026.
