The Space
“Serendipity ” a charming vacation rental in Bradenton Beach—a hidden gem nestled along the pristine shores of the Gulf of Mexico. From the moment you step through the front door, you’ll be embraced by the warmth and character that define this coastal retreat. .
The interior exudes a delightful blend of modern comfort and vintage charm. The living space is adorned with tasteful decor—think coastal-inspired accents, soft hues. The main focal point is a comfortable sofa that doubles as a pull-out bed, ideal for accommodating extra guests or enjoying your smart tv. The bedroom is a tranquil haven featuring a plush king-sized bed adorned with coastal-inspired linens. A well equipped kitchen with all necessities needed. The unit boasts its own private screened lanai, accessible from inside the unit.
Note: The Bradenton Beach Sewer Improvement Project is staging along Gulf Drive however the beach is accessible to pedestrians at most existing access points.
Guest Access
All units are accessed directly from the courtyard, there are no interior hallways. Unit 6 shares a stairway and exterior front porch access with Unit 5 but has its own private screened lanai. A designated parking spot & keyless entry. All areas of the open courtyard are available for guest use, as are the two washer/dryer units (no charge) and outdoor shower.
Neighborhood
Located on a quiet street only couple houses between the bay and the beach. Island Getaway is ideally location.
Bradenton Beach, a picturesque paradise nestled on the enchanting Anna Maria Island. As you set foot on the soft, sandy shores, you’ll immediately feel the laid-back charm that defines this coastal haven. The iconic Historic Bridge Street Pier is short stroll away with its many restaurants and shops.

We are usually on site for a short time each day and are always available to address any issues.
Other things to note
Island Getaway consists of 9 vacation rental units located in 4 buildings surrounding a beautifully landscaped red-brick tropical courtyard. Its a peaceful setting ideally located near some of AMI’s most sought after destinations, including Cortez Beach and Bridge Street. The layout of the units and buildings allow guests to pick an area to relax alone or join other guests in conversation.
Island Getaway’s unique layout and desirable location make it the perfect place for extended family trips or group vacations! Each family can stay in their own unit for privacy and quiet while still sharing the semi-private common space in the Courtyard. The units are: Family Tides, Island Hideaway, Paradise Cove, Reel Paradise, Seaclusion, Serenity, Serendipity, Flamingo and Sea Gem, and each may be booked using this reservation system.
Getting Around
Beach access is at the end of the block and we are located a few blocks from Bridge Street. The area is very pedestrian friendly. You can also rent golf carts or bicycles. Anna Maria Island operates a free trolley which makes stops along Gulf Drive and runs daily from the Anna Maria City Pier to Coquina Beach, There are also several transportation providers operating on AMI, including The Monkey Bus.
